 Why It's Different

Most 'nonstick' pans only work because of a chemical coating sprayed on cheap metal. That coating starts breaking down the first time you heat it — and ends up on your plate.

The Ataliro pan has no coating at all. Its cooking surface is 100% pure titanium, hand-hammered into hundreds of micro-dimples so food releases on its own. Nothing to flake. Nothing to leach. Nothing to replace.

 Made Without

✖ PFAS ('forever chemicals')

✖ PTFE (Teflon)

✖ PFOA

✖ Lead

✖ Cadmium

✖ Nanoparticles

✖ Heavy metals

✖ Chemical coatings of any kind.

Just pure titanium touching your food

Your Nonstick Pan Is Feeding Your Family Chemicals

That black coating is made with PFAS — 'forever chemicals' that don't leave your body.

It starts breaking down the first time you heat it. Every scratch, every flake ends up in your food. Night after night.

And when it's worn out, you throw it away and buy the same pan again.

Nothing Sticks. Not Even Eggs. No Coating Needed.

The Ataliro surface is 100% pure titanium, hand-hammered into hundreds of micro-dimples. Less contact means food releases on its own — eggs, fish, pancakes, cheese.

No chemical coating, no sticky mess, no scrubbing. Just slide it onto the plate.

The Same Metal Surgeons Put Inside the Human Body

Titanium is used in hip implants, dental implants and surgical tools because it's completely inert — it doesn't react, doesn't leach, doesn't break down.

Not with heat, not with tomato sauce, not with lemon. Cook your kids' breakfast on something you'd trust inside your body.

Never Buy Another Pan Again.

A $30 nonstick pan every year = a trash can full of peeling pans. Pure titanium has no coating to wear out. Use metal spatulas. Scrub it with steel wool. Throw it in the dishwasher. Ten years from now, it'll still look like the day you unboxed it.

Frequently asked questions

Does food really not stick without a coating?

Yes. The hand-hammered titanium surface cuts contact between food and pan, so eggs, fish and pancakes release on their own. Cook normally — no special technique.

Is it really 100% free of PFAS, PTFE and PFOA?

Yes. There's no coating of any kind. Zero PFAS, zero PTFE, zero PFOA, no lead, no cadmium. Only pure titanium touches your food.

Is it real titanium — not a 'titanium-look' coating?

Real titanium. A lot of 'titanium' pans online are coated steel. Ours has a solid pure-titanium cooking surface — nothing sprayed on, nothing to peel.

Why titanium instead of a regular nonstick pan?

Because a regular nonstick pan only works while its chemical coating lasts — and that coating ends up in your food. Titanium is the metal used in medical implants: inert, safe, and it never wears off.

 Can I use metal utensils?

Absolutely. Metal spatulas, whisks, tongs — even steel wool. Titanium won't scratch like coated pans.

 Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes. But most of the time, a rinse and a quick wipe is all it needs.

Does it work on my stove?

Gas, electric, ceramic, induction and oven. Every kitchen.

Why does it cost more than a regular nonstick pan?

Because you buy it once. A $30 nonstick pan every year costs way more over 10 years — plus whatever flaked into your food. This one lasts a lifetime.

What if I don't love it?

Cook with it for 90 days. If it isn't the best pan you've ever owned, send it back for a full refund.

I have been using this titanium pan for a couple of weeks and find it is a nice balance between my All Clad SS D3 and non-stick skillets. The weight is slightly heavier but comparable in performance and much less than carbon steel or cast iron. The non-stick performance compares to the PTFE coated skillet while the pan gives a good sear on steaks comparable to the D3. The pan heats up slowly but retains heat and will get very hot. They suggest to use a lower heat setting and I have been using a gas heat 4 setting with success. I have seared steak and chicken and cooked bacon, eggs and pancakes with ease on the pan. Last night I sautéed green beans with red onion and chili flakes and everything cooked evenly with just a little oil. The pan is very stable with no sign of doming which makes it good for frying and sautéing. As you can see from the photo there are no hot spots, the beans are evenly cooked all over the pan, and it cleaned up easily under running water with a little soap. I am pleased with the performance of the pan and find it a good alternative to PTFE coated cookware.

Of 41 pans I owned whether non-stick, ceramic, stone, or steel, none can compare to this. After 25 uses in a variety of foods, sugars, heavy, cheeses, rice burnt on, soy sauce, etc. Chinese to American to European to Hawaiian to Japanese the pan was easy to clean, the inner titanium surface did not scratch, only the bottom of the pain scratched on the gas stove. It’s not brown, yellow, and not covered with grease. Dawn and a sponge did the work. I cannot believe it. There is no way. All the other pans failed at 10 uses with stains, cooked on stains, etc. no way. But the pictures here shows the proof. Weight is heavy but not a cast iron pan, handles well, it is better than the 41 pans I owned so not compatible to other pans, it’s better. Ease of use, yes it’s a pan.

First use, breakfast. This is a remarkable pan. Heats quickly and evenly. I highly recommend starting on the lowest heat setting, letting the pan reach temperature. I prepared frozen hash browns and sausage links for one. I did use Avocado oil (highly recommend). And clean up was quite easy, once the pan cooled. I am looking forward to using this pan for other dishes. The pan I purchased was without the glass lid (cover). I do wish I would have purchased with cover. If I am aloud to update my review, I will as I continue using this pan with other dishes

The Bottom Line: An absolute heavyweight champion of a frying pan that delivers spectacular, even heat distribution and genuine chemical-free nonstick performance when handled with proper culinary technique. What Works Well: Nuclear-Grade Heat Resistance: This thing is oven-safe up to a staggering 1000°F. You can transition it straight from a fierce stovetop sear right into a screaming hot broiler without worrying about warping the frame into a metal taco. The "No-Chemicals" Flex: It completely skips the traditional, sketchy nonstick coatings that flake off into your food over time. It is entirely free of PFOA, PFAS, and PTFE.Magnetic Compatibility: It boasts high magnetic conductivity, meaning it grabs onto induction cooktops immediately and heats up with blistering efficiency. Handles Acid Like a Champ: Because titanium is completely non-reactive, you can simmer heavy tomato sauces or lemon reductions all day without leaching a bizarre, metallic aftertaste into your dinner. What to Keep in Mind: Respect the Pre-Heat: This is a patented uncoated surface, not a slippery plastic playground. If you drop an egg into a bone-dry, cold pan, it will bond like industrial superglue. If you pre-heat the pan properly and use a proper splash of cooking oil or butter, food slides off like a dream. Just the right size for most of your cooking big enough to fit a large meal but not so big that maneuvering it is difficult. The handle is really comfortable and fits in your hand like was made for it. Cleaning is great just make sure you pre-soak it if there’s stuff baked on and it comes right off-you can use steel wool if you want, but I’ve been using Barkeeps Friend with great success.

I’m really happy with this 12” Ataliro Titanium frying pan. The hammered titanium construction feels sturdy and well-made, and the pan heats evenly for cooking everything from eggs and vegetables to meat and other dishes. I especially like that it is uncoated and free from PFOA, PFAS, and PTFE. It works well on my induction cooktop and is also oven-safe, which makes it very versatile. The large size is perfect for family meals, and cleanup has been easy. Overall, a solid, durable, and versatile pan that I would recommend for everyday cooking.

I was skeptical at first but after using it I fell in love. Not heavy. I preheated with grapeseed oil first. Only needed medium low heat to cook. I left it sitting on the stove for a few days and then washed it. Food came right off, didn't even need soap or presoak. Just warm water. Follow the instructions for care and use and it will go great.

I’ve ordered a number of 12-inch frying pans over the years, and this one seems to be the best one yet. It feels solid and durable, and I especially like that it’s all metal without a coating that can wear down or come off over time. So far, the cooking performance has been excellent. I used only a minimal amount of oil, and the food released easily from the pan. Very impressed with the quality and performance

worse decision I have ever made. I have tried medium heat, medium low heat, preheating and every egg has stuck requiring scrubbing to clean.

I’m very happy with this pan so far. It feels sturdy and well made, and I really like that the cooking surface doesn’t use a traditional nonstick coating. Food releases well when the pan is used properly, and cleanup has been easy. It heats nicely and feels versatile enough for everyday cooking. The fact that it works on different cooktops and can handle high oven temperatures is also a big plus. Overall, it seems durable and I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up over time.

I ordered the 11" and got the 10" in the box, so I wasn’t thrilled at first. I emailed support and got a reply the same day. They shipped the right pan right away and told me to keep the small one. The 10" has been great so far: eggs slide right off with barely any oil. I’m giving 3 stars because of the mix-up, but the pan and the service are both 5-star.

I had to adjust to the feel of this one. It's been great for the meals I make most often. Something to know if weight is a concern.

I was looking for an uncoated skillet for our home. It gives me one less coated pan to think about at dinnertime.

Salmon used to leave a mess in our skillet. I could lift it cleanly when it was ready.

Eggs were my test for this pan. Even the little bits around the edge came off with a quick rinse.

The no-coating idea appealed to me. The surface feels sturdy and cleans up without much effort. Happy we switched.

I cook a lot of vegetables. It handled a full skillet without making a mess of the stove. I would recommend it.

The 11 in looked like the practical choice. It sits nicely on my burner and has plenty of room for a couple of servings. A very useful pan.

I still like cast iron, but I needed an everyday option. I can make dinner and wash it without the whole cast iron routine. A welcome change.

I own a pet bird, so I pay attention to cookware. The pan feels solid and I've had good results making regular meals.
